Our project includes a technology and tools assessment report, recommendations for improvement or replacement, implementation of solutions, training and support for staff, and regular reporting and analysis of key metrics. Our goal is to assist your nonprofit organization in assessing and improving the technology and tools used by all programs. This will include identifying areas for improvement, recommending new technology and tools, and providing training and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Our aim is to streamline program integration, decrease silos and assist in shifting culture to understand the importance of data-driven decision making in order to drive success.

We will begin by conducting a thorough assessment of the technology and tools currently used by all programs, including software, hardware, and systems.

We will identify areas of improvement and inefficiencies in the current technology and tools and develop recommendations for how they can be improved or replaced.

We will work with your organization to design and implement solutions that streamline program integration and decrease silos, including cloud-based solutions, data management systems and other technologies that promote interoperability.

We will assist in shifting culture by providing training and support to staff, on how to use data effectively and how to work with technology to drive program results.

We will provide guidance on how to measure and analyze the performance of your technology and tools and provide regular reporting and analysis of key metrics.

We will provide training and support to your staff to ensure they can effectively use the new technology and tools in their outreach and communication efforts.
