We offer a volunteer engagement project to help nonprofit organizations effectively engage and mobilize volunteers to achieve their mission and goals. The project includes a volunteer engagement assessment report, a volunteer engagement and mobilization strategy, a volunteer engagement plan, engagement tools, regular reporting and analysis of key metrics, and training and support for staff.
Our goal is to help your nonprofit create a comprehensive Volunteer Toolkit to improve recruitment, retention and management of volunteers. We will assess current practices, identify areas for improvement, create a volunteer handbook, develop recruitment and retention materials and provide training and support for implementation.
