JEDI Assessment

JEDI Assessment

We would do a DEI survey to get feedback from our staff, volunteers, and stakeholders. We’d identify current needs, gather resources, and get feedback on outreach efforts, external perceptions, internal operations, and communication. In addition to a report summarizing the survey results, we’d give you recommendations on how to better engage diverse staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.

Our goal for this project is to conduct a comprehensive DEI survey to your organization’s extensive network of staff, volunteers, and stakeholders. The survey will focus on assessing and analyzing the current needs and resources and how they affect staff, as well as gathering demographic data and feedback on outreach efforts, external perceptions, and internal operations and communications.

1
We will begin by designing a comprehensive survey that covers a range of DEI-related topics. This will include demographic data, as well as questions about current needs and resources, outreach efforts, and external perceptions of the organization.
2
We will then distribute the survey to your extensive network of staff, volunteers, and stakeholders. This will involve working closely with you to identify the appropriate audience and ensure that the survey reaches a broad and representative sample of participants.
3
We will process and analyze the survey data, compiling it into reports that are anonymized. These reports will be shared with your organization to provide insights into the current needs and resources of staff, volunteers, and stakeholders, as well as feedback on outreach efforts, external perceptions, and internal operations and communications.
4
Based on the data we collect and analyze, we will provide recommendations for how your organization can better support and engage with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
